           PLUMMER PRINTING CONTRACT AGREEMENT

AGREEMENT made this _________day of __________________, 200___,
between Plummer Printing referred to in this Agreement as Printer and
___________________________________ referred to in this Agreement as
Customer.

Plummer Printing in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained
in this Agreement, agree as follows:

Printer will accept written, typed or emailed text for a book, submitted exactly as
the Customer wishes it to appear in the book.

Printer is not obligated to edit, revise or add anything to the original text.

The submission for Large and Small Picture Books will be for a book between 1 and
28 pages in length. The submission for Mini, Regular and Large Paperback will be
between 28 and 230 pages in length. Customer agrees to the page limitation due to the
binding method used by Printer. Printer reserves the right to refuse any submissions
that Printer deems to be inappropriate (including but not limited to those of a
pornographic nature). If such refusal is not acceptable to Customer, this
Agreement will terminate upon written notice by either party to the other party's last
known mailing address.

Printer will accept accompanying illustrations from the Customer. Illustrations must
be exactly as the Customer wishes them to appear in the book. Printer is not obligated
to edit or revise any illustrations. Printer will not supply any illustrations for stories. Stories
submitted without illustrations will be published without illustration. Printer reserves
the right to refuse any illustrations that Printer deems to be inappropriate (including
but not limited to illustrations of a pornographic or suggestive nature). If such refusal
is not acceptable to Customer, this Agreement will terminate upon written notice by
either party to the other party's last known mailing address.

If a cover illustration is provided by the Customer, Printer will arrange the cover with
the supplied illustration. If no cover illustration is provided by the Customer, Printer
will provide a cover consisting of standard text credits and a decorative pattern of
Printer's choice.

Customer agrees to all terms as stated in the Manuscript Submission Guidelines as
found on the Plummer Printing website.

Printer will not sell Customer's book by any means. Printer is not a book publisher and
will not sell or publish Customer's book by any means.

Printer will not be responsible for and Customer holds Printer harmless for any damage
or injury occurring to, with or by the book, text, or illustrations after Printer has mailed
or otherwise relinquished physical possession of the book, text or illustrations. This
includes but is not limited to postal damage, water damage or wear and tear.

Printer strongly recommends that all text, illustrations or photos sent by Customer are copies
and not originals. Customer agrees that Printer is not responsible for the safety or return of
original text, illustrations or photos. Customer holds Printer harmless for loss of, or any damage
occurring to, original text, illustrations and photos. Printer is not responsible for the safety or
return of any submitted materials.

By Customer's submission of text, illustration, photographs and/or graphics, Customer
guarantees that all text, illustrations, photographs and/or graphics are entirely Customer's own,
or are properly licensed, and that no part of the text, illustrations, photographs and/or graphics
were copied by any means from any other source without written permission from the copyright
holder. If illustrations, photographs and/or graphics from a third party are submitted for printing,
Customer agrees that all necessary permissions or rights were obtained before submission.
Customer agrees to be solely responsible for any claims of plagiarism, copyright infringement or
for any action arising in any way from the book or the submitted text, illustrations, photographs and/or graphics.
Printer is in no way responsible for the text, illustration, photographs and/or graphics of Customer's
book and assumes no responsibility to apply for, or ascertain ownership of, copyrights, trademarks,
or logos or any other such property rights.

The parties to this Agreement agree that, in the event that litigation arises from this
transaction, any action must be brought in McLennan County, Texas.

13. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors,
administrators, successors, and assigns of the respective parties to this Agreement.

14. This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, oral or written, between
the Printer and Customer with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and
contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties with respect to the
subject matter. Printer and Customer acknowledge that no representations, inducements,
promises or agreements, orally or otherwise, have been made by any party, or anyone
acting on behalf of any party, that are not set forth in this Agreement, and that no
agreement, statement, or promise not contained in this Agreement shall be valid or
binding.
