Preferably: Saved on Computer Disk. But we
can also accept neatly typed manuscripts. We import all text into our
own publishing programs but text may be initially submitted in Word,
Wordpad or Notepad.
Please note:
Lengthy Paperback text if submitted typed on paper will be subject to a
data entry fee. Avoid this by submitting on computer disk.
Please check your spelling
and make sure that the text is exactly as you want it to appear in the
book. For your benefit, we will not change or edit your text.
If you have illustrations
and you wish specific sentences to appear under certain pictures, please
indicate this.
Please do not send original manuscripts.
Always send copies.
ILLUSTRATIONS:

Hardcopies--------please do not send pictures
larger than 8.5 x 11
Computer Disks-----------3.5" Floppy or CD (IBM Compatible) Save images as JPG or TIF
files preferably at 300dpi.
Cover Art: We recommend lighter colors for glossy
covers. Light colors work very well with our printing methods. Black,
dark colors and lots of red do not always look their best.
For StoryBooks: Cover illustrations must be 6x8 (Large) or 4.5x8 (Small).
Inside illustrations must be 6x6 (Large) or 4.5x6 (Small).
For PaperBacks (if you want
illustrations): Cover illustrations
must be 3"x3.5" (Mini), 3"x6.5" (Regular) or 6"x7.5" (Large). Inside
Illustrations must be 3"x2" (Mini), 3"x5" (Regular) or 6"x6" (Large).
Please note: We can
adjust any illustration you have to the proper size. You don't have to
worry if your illustration isn't exactly these sizes, we'll adjust it.
Illustrations are not required for any book.
If your illustrations are small,
we will accept them over email. We prefer not to do this as the
picture's quality will be greatly reduced.
If you have no illustration for the
cover, we reserve the right to come up with a design of our choosing. We
do not supply interior illustrations. Again, always send copies, never
originals as we cannot be held responsible for them being returned to
you undamaged or at all.

We are not responsible for applying for any of these
items, nor do we charge for doing so. The author is solely responsible for applying and
paying for any of these which they desire. We will set up and print your book with, or
without, any of these items.
