It's Easy!
We'll Tell You How
1. Pick an event you'd like to make a story out of
2. Select as many as 28 personal photos from that
event.
They must be snapshots taken by you or your friends or family only. We
cannot accept photos taken by professional photographers as this
violates copyright issues.
3. Copy your photos onto a CD
If you have a scanner, scan in your photos at 300dpi at least.
Save them as TIF or JPG files
Burn them onto a CD.
4. Absolutely DO NOT send us your original photos.
Only send copies as we cannot be held responsible if your photos get
lost or damaged.
We prefer to receive photos saved as TIF or JPG files already on a
computer CD.
If you do not have a way to get your photos onto a CD, then you can go
to your local copier and make color copies of your photos and send us
the copy.
Once again, please do not send original photos. It would
be horrible if something so precious and irreplaceable were accidentally
destroyed.
5. Write captions or tags to go under your photos on
the page
You don't have to do this, but it does make the book more personal.
6. Put your Pictures in Order with their Captions
Number your pictures in the order you would like them to fall or make a
written note. Make sure you tell us which captions go with which
pictures.
7. Mail your disk and notes to Plummer Printing along
with a personal check or money order for $25.00.
This covers the setup fee and your first book. If you'd like extra
copies to give out, add $5.00 apiece for each additional book.
